Online Payments Disclaimer Notice
The County accepts credit and debit card payments through two third-party service providers: Point and Pay Corporation and Convenient Payments, LLC. The service providers charge a small convenience fee for online payments, which is calculated at the time of payment and must be accepted prior to authorization. You may decline to authorize the fee and opt to pay by another method. Harney County does not retain any portion of the convenience fee charged by the service provider. To ensure correct posting of your payment, please call the appropriate County office to obtain the current and accurate balance due.
To make a payment online you will need:
- A valid email address
- The amount owed
- Your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card information (American Express is not accepted)
- Specific identifying information, if relevant (for example, your tax account number, traffic citation number or driver license number, etc.)
Harney County assumes no responsibility for incorrect information entered by the user. Harney County reserves the right to refuse any and all payments. All payments made online must be confirmed by 5:00 p.m. of the scheduled due date to be considered on time.
Harney County does not issue refunds for payments processed via either Point and Pay or Convenient Payments.
